- フォームフィールドを追加したいPDFファイルをドラッグ＆ドロップまたはクリックでアップロードします
- フィールド名（英数字・アンダースコア・ハイフンのみ）、種類（テキスト・チェックボックス・ドロップダウン・ラジオボタン）、配置ページ、位置とサイズをパーセンテージで指定してフィールドを追加します
- ドロップダウンやラジオボタンの場合は、選択肢をカンマ区切りまたは改行で入力します
- 「フォームを作成」ボタンをクリックすると、フォームフィールド付きPDFがダウンロードされます
