About PDF Flatten

Form flattening merges the appearance of text fields, checkboxes, and other form widgets into the page, then removes the interactive fields. It prevents ordinary form entry but does not prevent changes made with a PDF editor.

Remove Annotations deletes comments, highlights, and other annotations. It does not merge their appearances into the page, so leave it unchecked if you need to retain those marks.

Files are processed locally in your browser. Open the output and check that form text and check states match the original appearance. This tool does not provide digital signatures or tamper protection.

How to use PDF Flatten
