PDF Stamp

In business workflows, you frequently need to add stamps like 'APPROVED', 'REJECTED', 'DRAFT', 'CONFIDENTIAL', or 'VOID' to PDF documents. Just like pressing a rubber stamp onto paper documents, adding text stamps to PDFs lets you communicate document status and handling instructions at a glance.

This tool lets you choose a PDF, set stamp text and position, and add a colored text stamp with a border to each page. Select from preset stamps (APPROVED / REJECTED / DRAFT / CONFIDENTIAL / COPY / SAMPLE / VOID) or enter custom ASCII letters, numbers, and symbols.

Position stamps using a 9-grid layout (top-left, top-center, top-right, middle-left, center, middle-right, bottom-left, bottom-center, bottom-right), and customize color (red, green, blue, gray), font size, opacity, and rotation. The rotation range (-90° to 90°) helps create diagonal watermark-style stamps for review copies or draft documents.

The PDF is modified in the browser with pdf-lib. Stamp text supports ASCII characters only because the current embedded font setup does not support Japanese or full-width text. Use it for approval workflows, internal document management, proposal reviews, and handout status tracking.
