妊娠週数は、最終月経開始日（LMP）を起点として数えます。妊娠0週0日は最終月経の初日であり、排卵・受精は通常2週間後に起こるため、実際の妊娠期間と暦上の妊娠週数には約2週間の差があります。このツールでは、最終月経開始日と任意の基準日（デフォルトは今日）を入力することで、正確な妊娠週数を「○週○日」の形式で計算します。
妊娠期は初期（〜13週：器官形成期）、中期（14〜27週：安定期）、後期（28週〜：成長期）の3つのトリメスターに分けられ、それぞれの時期に応じた健診や注意点があります。出産予定日はネーゲレの法則（LMP＋280日）で算出され、推定受胎日（LMP＋14日）も表示されます。進捗バーにより、妊娠全体の中での現在地を視覚的に確認でき、妊婦健診の際の参考にもなります。

Pregnancy weeks are counted from the first day of the last menstrual period (LMP). Day 0 of week 0 is the first day of LMP, and since ovulation and conception typically occur about 2 weeks later, there is approximately a 2-week difference between actual and calendar pregnancy duration. This tool calculates the exact pregnancy week in 'weeks + days' format by entering the LMP and any reference date (defaulting to today).
Pregnancy is divided into three trimesters: first (up to 13 weeks, organogenesis), second (14-27 weeks, stable period), and third (28+ weeks, growth phase), each with specific checkup schedules and precautions. The due date is calculated using Naegele's rule (LMP + 280 days), and the estimated conception date (LMP + 14 days) is also displayed. The progress bar provides a visual overview of where you are in the pregnancy journey, useful for prenatal care planning.
