Trapezoid Area Calculator

A trapezoid is a quadrilateral with one pair of parallel sides. Its area is calculated using the formula '(top + bottom) × height ÷ 2.' The top base is the shorter parallel side, the bottom base is the longer parallel side, and the height is the perpendicular distance between them.

This tool automatically calculates the area from just three inputs. Additionally, entering the slant side lengths computes the perimeter. An SVG shape visualization feature draws the trapezoid proportionally based on your inputs.

The reverse calculation feature allows you to compute the required height from the area and both bases.
